What helps us reproduce it

Include the three internal container dimensions, three outer item dimensions, between-item gap and the grid count you expected. All values should be in millimetres. Invented measurements that reproduce the issue are preferable to confidential product or shipping specifications. For layout problems, include the browser name and approximate screen width.

Check the model first

Every item uses the same global orientation in a tested row. The calculator does not mix rotated items between layers or search for arbitrary packing layouts. A gap is added between neighbors only, with no required margin at container walls. The method and worked examples explain these conventions and exact boundary cases.

Keep private information private

The calculator does not submit a support request or send your entered dimensions when you use it. Opening the email link is your own choice and uses your email application. Do not send passwords, payment details, customer addresses or confidential package data.

Cratepack cannot verify a real container, inspect an item, arrange shipping, assess load strength or guarantee physical fit. It is a limited mathematical grid comparison. Read the privacy page for local exports, normal hosting requests and optional email.
