About Cratepack
A small regular-grid check with visible limits.
Cratepack is one free browser-local calculator for identical cuboids in an entered rectangular container. It compares distinct axis permutations of a single shared item orientation, counts a uniform grid and optionally includes one shared gap between neighboring items.
What the result claims
The best count is the greatest among the tested uniform globally oriented grids. It does not claim the maximum for arbitrary three-dimensional packing. Mixed orientations, alternating layers, tilted objects, irregular shapes and compression are outside the model. An orientation with no complete item is a valid zero-count result, with no invented used spans.
The method derives the exact one-axis inequality and explains how the three counts multiply. The worked examples show the effect of orientation and a gap at an exact boundary. Counts and finite decimal spans are kept exact within the entered numerical model; actual measurements and usable clearances remain your responsibility.
One focused free utility
No account or payment is required. The calculator has no shipping service, weight estimator, load plan or outside database. It does not store your dimensions or submit a packing request. Local notes and JSON are optional actions you control.
Publisher verification metadata and ads.txt are prepared, but this source release contains no active analytics, advertising or consent-platform loader. Configuration, review, live source verification and actual ad serving are separate from those prepared files.
